These terms apply to use of NFRisk.com. They do not replace the terms of a signed advisory engagement, proposal, non-disclosure agreement or other written contract.
1. Website operator and brand status
NFRisk and DQIntegrity are specialist advisory propositions currently operated by Draz Ivezic. Resolvo Advisory is the intended corporate and commercial umbrella and should not be understood from this website alone as an incorporated limited company.
Any professional engagement will identify the contracting legal person or entity in the relevant written documents.
2. Acceptance and permitted use
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. You may access the public content for legitimate personal, professional and internal business-evaluation purposes.
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use automated methods in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.
3. General information, not advice
Website content, including Insights, Risk Architecture material, service descriptions, diagrams, case studies and downloadable documents, is general information. It is not tailored to your circumstances and does not constitute legal, regulatory, investment, financial, tax, accounting, audit or other regulated professional advice.
No advisory, fiduciary or client relationship is created by visiting the site, downloading material, sending an enquiry or taking part in an initial discussion. A professional relationship begins only under a separate written agreement.
4. Professional services
Service descriptions are indicative. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, assumptions, fees, confidentiality, liability and other terms must be agreed separately for each engagement.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance merely by submitting a form or requesting a document. NFRisk may decline an enquiry where there is insufficient fit, capacity, independence, information or conflict clearance.
5. Regulatory and professional status
The advisory work described on this site focuses on transformation, risk architecture, data and control integrity, financial crime, payments, operational resilience, technology qualification and programme assurance.
NFRisk is not presented as authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not use this website to offer regulated investment, legal, tax or audit services. Regulatory references are contextual and do not imply approval, affiliation or endorsement by any authority.
6. Intellectual property and permitted copying
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, structure, diagrams, branding and downloadable materials are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the operator or used with permission.
You may quote short extracts with fair attribution and may retain downloaded materials for internal evaluation. You may not republish substantial content, remove attribution, sell or sublicense materials, create misleading derivatives, systematically extract the site, or use the content to populate a commercial database or train a commercial model without prior written permission.
NFRisk, DQIntegrity and Resolvo Advisory names, marks and presentation may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authorisation.
7. Downloads, versions and external material
Downloadable documents may be updated, replaced or withdrawn. The version currently published on the site should be treated as the current public version unless a document expressly states otherwise.
External links are provided for convenience or context. NFRisk does not control and is not responsible for external content, security, availability or privacy practices.
8. Case studies, employer and programme references
Case studies are anonymised and summarised. Employer, programme, institution or regulatory references describe prior personal experience and context. They do not imply that any organisation endorses, sponsors or is a client of Resolvo Advisory, NFRisk or DQIntegrity.
Past experience and outcomes do not guarantee a similar result in a future mandate.
9. Availability and accuracy
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may contain errors, become outdated or be unavailable. The site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice.
No warranty is given that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, free of harmful components or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator excludes liability arising solely from reliance on general website content or inability to access the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any liability relating to professional services will be governed by the separate written engagement terms.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
12. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after publication of an updated version means the revised terms apply to subsequent use.
