Evidence-led horizon view

Regulatory Horizon

Selected forthcoming regulatory, supervisory and policy milestones relevant to risk, data, technology, payments, financial crime and operational resilience.

Primary-source verified · precision labelled · reviewed monthly

Use with care This is a curated, non-exhaustive horizon view. It is not a legal or regulatory obligations register. Confirm dates, scope and applicability against the cited authority before reliance.

Explore the horizon

Filter by the decision context that matters.

Every record keeps its date precision, status, applicability and authoritative source visible. NFRisk relevance is separately labelled as interpretation.

Method and limits

Evidence discipline is part of the feature.

The Horizon is designed to distinguish a confirmed legal date from an announced plan, an indicative watchpoint or NFRisk interpretation.

Primary source first

Every record names the authority source and exact article, paragraph, page, table or named section supporting the milestone.

Precision stays visible

Day, month and year precision are not interchangeable. An indicative period is never converted into a firm deadline.

Status remains explicit

Confirmed, announced and indicative records are presented differently. Calendar export is limited to exact, review-current dates.

NFRisk relevance is labelled

Interpretive relevance is kept separate from the authority’s factual milestone and applicability statement.

Maintenance: the register is reviewed monthly and after a known source change. Higher-risk, newly announced or indicative entries may carry an earlier individual review date. Overdue data is withheld from the homepage and calendar export until reviewed.
